About Website Prompt Templates

Website prompt templates help you write a complete, well-structured brief for AI tools that build websites, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable and Bolt.new. The tool has 34 templates we wrote ourselves for common site types: landing pages, online stores, portfolios, restaurants and cafés, clinics, real estate, courses, SaaS products, blogs, service businesses, events, charities and holiday rentals.

Pick a template, enter your business name, description, audience, city and contact details, then choose the AI tool you will use, the prompt language, the site language, a visual style and a tone of voice. The prompt builds itself as you type: the site sections in order, the required features, the visual identity, language and text-direction rules, a quality checklist, and delivery instructions tailored to the tool you picked. Then copy it or download it as a text file.

Why use it

  • 34 original, detailed templates, each with its own sections, features and fields.
  • Delivery rules differ per tool: one HTML file for Claude and ChatGPT, a React project for Lovable and Bolt.
  • Prompt language and site language are chosen separately, with right-to-left rules for Arabic sites.
  • Empty fields are left out, and missing details become markers instead of invented facts.
  • The prompt is built in your browser, and your details are saved only in your browser so you can come back.

How to use

  1. Choose a site type

Filter templates by type in the strip, or search for a word like “clinic” or “store”, then tap the template you want.

  2. Set the tool and languages

Pick where you will paste the prompt (Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable or Bolt.new), the prompt language, and the site language: Arabic, English or both.

  3. Enter your business details

Fill in name, description, audience, city, contact, main call to action and colors, then the template's own fields such as prices or opening hours.

  4. Review the prompt

The prompt appears in the box and updates with every keystroke, with a word and character count underneath.

  5. Copy or download

Press “Copy prompt” and paste it into your tool, or “Download .txt” to keep and edit it later.

Examples

A dental clinic on Lovable

Choose “Dental clinic website”, enter “Bright Smile Dental”, Austin, and services “clear aligners, implants”, then pick Lovable and “Arabic and English”. The prompt asks for 8 sections, including a before/after slider and an installment calculator, plus React and Tailwind instructions and a language switch.

A home bakery that takes orders on WhatsApp

The “Home bakery and food store” template asks for a button that opens WhatsApp with a tidy message listing items, quantities and the total. Add your number, items and prices in the template fields and they appear in the prompt as written.

A coming-soon page with Claude

Pick the coming-soon template and describe your idea in one sentence with a launch date. The prompt asks Claude for a single HTML file with an email form that validates addresses, an optional countdown and a share image for social media.

An Arabic prompt for an English site

Teams that brief in Arabic can set “Prompt language: Arabic” and “Website language: English only”. The prompt is written in Arabic and tells the tool the site itself is English and left to right.

How the delivery section changes with the selected tool
ToolWhat the prompt asks forGood for
ClaudeOne HTML file with inline CSS and JavaScript, shown in Artifacts when availableA quick preview and a simple site you host yourself
ChatGPTOne HTML file in a code block, split into parts if long, plus publishing stepsPeople who want the full code and how to publish it
LovableReact, TypeScript, Tailwind and shadcn/ui, no login unless requestedA complete site published from the platform
Bolt.newReact with Vite and Tailwind, small components and copy in a data fileA prototype you keep editing in the browser

Tips

  • Describe your business with real numbers: years in business, prices, number of branches. The prompt tells the tool not to invent missing facts.
  • Leave colors empty and the prompt asks the tool to suggest a palette with hex codes, which you can change later.
  • Send the full prompt in one message, then ask for changes one at a time once the first version appears.
  • With credit-limited builders, review the prompt before sending, because every later fix uses credits.
  • Forms in the generated site only show a success message; connect them to email or WhatsApp before going live.

The prompt is built in your browser and nothing you type is sent to any server. Your last entries are saved in your browser only, so they are there when you return.

Frequently asked questions

Are these templates copied from other sites?

No. We wrote all 34 templates ourselves, including their sections, features and delivery rules, in English and Arabic.

Which AI tools does the prompt work with?

You choose from Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable and Bolt.new, and the delivery section changes for each. The prompt also works with similar builders if you adjust that section.

Can I write the prompt in one language and build the site in another?

Yes. Prompt language and site language are separate choices, so an English prompt can ask for an Arabic, right-to-left site, and the reverse.

What happens if I leave a field empty?

It is left out of the prompt. If the business name is empty, “[Business name]” appears in its place so you can fill it in later.

Does it support bilingual sites?

Choose “Arabic and English” and the prompt adds a language switch, a font for each language and a layout that mirrors when the language changes.

Why does the prompt ask for placeholder boxes instead of photos?

AI builders do not have your photos. Labelled placeholders show which picture belongs where, so you can drop in your real images afterwards.

Will a store template take real payments?

No. Store templates ask for a working browser cart and a clearly marked placeholder payment step, because a payment gateway needs a merchant account and keys that should never go in a prompt.

Is my information stored?

Only in your browser (localStorage) so it is there next time. It never reaches us. Clear this site's data in your browser to remove it.

How long is the generated prompt?

Roughly 300 to 550 words, depending on the template, the tool and the fields you fill. The count is shown under the box.

Can I edit the prompt before copying?

The box is read-only so it always matches the fields. Copy or download it, then edit it freely in your AI tool or any text editor.

Why doesn't the prompt ask for login or a database?

Most small-business sites do not need them, and adding them uses more credits and complexity. Ask for them later if you need them.

Is the tool free?

Yes, fully free with no sign-up. The site builders themselves have their own plans and credits; the Adwaty AI tools directory lists the limits of each.
